This resistance-based circuit training class will leave you feeling accomplished and strong. You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, and your body throughout class. You'll move at a pace that will allow you to challenge yourself with heavier resistance and strengthen your body and mind.
Plan to will use dumbbells between 5lbs-15lbs, resistance bands, and your body weight combined with choreographed repetition movements for a full body workout. This class will fly by and you'll be motivated to complete one more rep to the beat of the music. All fitness levels are welcome!
Signature Poise class that adds a fusion of Barreworke designed to leave you feeling strong and aligned. You will spend part of you time on the mat focused on core, legs, and upper body and the other half incorporated barre exercises and standing lower body exercises at the barre.
Our cardio boot camp will leave you feeling accomplished and worked. Be prepared to sweat and get your heart rate up with full-body movements designed to challenge and improve your cardio health. You will use bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and resistance bands during class. Instructors will provide low-impact and higher-impact exercise options to make this class fit your goals.

This is an athletic style workout for all levels. Through cardio kickboxing drills consisting of combos of punches, kicks and lower body exercises you'll improve your cardio stamina and total body strength. Expect to leave class feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on anything that comes your way.
Our arms and abs class will leave you feeling strong and engaged in, you guessed it, your arms and abs. Expect planks, push-ups, upper-body resistance training, and core-targeted exercises.

By blending dynamic movement with
cardio, Barreworke targets the hips, thighs, glutes, and core. (Socks or in-studio
footwear please).
Pace not too fast, not too slow. Refreshing inhale, cleansing exhale. You will be guided through a slow-paced, gentle yoga practice where we focus on linking conscious breath with mindful movement, careful alignment and stretching. You will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa Flow Yoga style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses if you see fit.
An approach blending various styles of Yoga to improve mobility, strength, and breathing techniques. This class is perfect for all levels.
Prepare to work with cardio interval training, lower-body strength exercises, and core-centric movements. Expect mobility warm-up, plyometrics, power, and strength exercises to get your heart pumping, and isolation exercises to target your lower body all while workings your abdominals and core.
